With more than 100 sets delivered and proven by the market for over 8 years, the PTA-8500A smart card personalization machine has become the mainstream SIM card personalization equipment for the most famous SIM card manufacturers in China and even in the whole world.


To meet the diversified design of banking cards and order volume, PIOTEC's flexible personalization line FPL3000 was developed.  Based on a modular design, FPL3000 smart card personalization machine can be configured with function modules including magnetic encoding, contact IC encoding, contactless IC encoding, thermal printing, embossing and indenting, topping, optical visual verification & contact IC verification & contactless  IC verification, the quantity for each module can be decided by customer's need.


PTM-120B card personalization machine can be integrated with short-circuit punching, open and short tests, chip initialization & pre-personalization as well as reject chip punching and marking. The brand-new design enables operators to switch chip production between 6PIN and 8PIN within 60 seconds. Modular design can meet your different production requirements and maximize your investment cost.


PTM-120B card personalization machine can be applied to contact/contactless and dual interface chip initialization and can also be customized according to the demands of various chip production.

Standard configuration: 32 contact IC card writing stations, 64 read and write heads, and 16 Paltec four in one contact readers PT204PT-AMA.

Scalable configuration: up to 64 card writing stations, 384 read and write heads, 96 Peltec four in one contact readers PT204PT-AMA. It can achieve data writing for standard cards, dual core, four core, or six core cards, meeting customers' requirements for high compatibility and high production capacity.

  • Configure two 50W fiber laser marking machines.

  • Equipped with 2 smoke purifiers.

It can achieve uninterrupted laser marking, support dual laser serial and parallel marking, and can be flexibly configured according to order conditions, thereby improving marking efficiency.


Personalized Identification Process for FPL3000 Banking Card Personalization Machine

There are many personalized identification processes for FPL3000, includingThermal Printing, DOD Inkjet,Laser Engraving,Embossing and Indenting,Topping Module,etc.

Thermal Printing Module:

  • Monochrome thermal printing modules with resolution of 300DPI, more modules can be added on requirements.

  • Image formats such as BMP, GIF, TIFF, PGN are available.

  • Capable of detecting color ribbon breakage; Color ribbon remaining quantity alarm function.


DOD Inkjet Module:

  • DOD inkjet module including 1 plasma unit , 1 DOD inkjet system, and 1 UV curing unit.

  • 1 more set of DOD module is extensible which makes double-sided speed up to 6000UPH.

  • Black/white monochrome inkjet is supported and YMCK color inkjet is optional, maximum resolution is up to 1200DPI.

  • Dual-side printing is supported. Single -sided printing speed is 6000UPH and double -sided printing speed is 3000UPH.


Laser Engraving Module:

  • 20W fiber laser and extractor.

  • Equipped with 1 smoke purifier.

  • Characters (including Micro-text), bar codes, QR codes, machine readable codes, CLI/MLI, braille and high-quality gray images can be engraved on the front and back of the card with a resolution of maximum 1600DPI.


Embossing and Indenting Module:

  • Support embossing and indenting character printing. Support indenting character printing on both sides

  • Character Plate Capacity: up to 120 characters.

  • The Character nails complies with the ISO standard for international credit card specific characters.

  • Capable of detecting indenting character color ribbon breakage; indenting character Color ribbon remaining quantity alarm function.


Topping Module:

  • Golden and silver topping are supported.

  • Ribbon breakage and margin detection can be executed.
